Am 29. und 30. April fand in Dresden der Praxiskongress "Medien in der Prävention" statt. Im Mittelpunkt des Kongresses standen die beiden Fragen, wie Arbeitnehmer mit Themen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes am besten erreicht werden können und wie Arbeitsschutz im Betrieb wirksam vermittelt werden kann. Gemeinsam mit Hans Günther Burow, Hauptsicherheitsingenieur bei Pfeifer & Langen, referierte Matthias Domes, Geschäftsführer von domeba, über Chancen und Grenzen der elektronischen Unterweisung.

Der Vortrag zeigte, dass ein leistungsfähiges Lern-Management-System unabdingbar ist, wenn es um einen ausgewogenen Mix aus verschiedenen Unterweisungsformen und der Verwendung unterschiedlicher Medienformate geht.
