DSV Air & Sea Holding A/S (DSV) und Thor Shipping Ltd. (ThorShip) haben mit Wirkung zum 1. Mai 2009 einen neuen Gesellschaftsvertrag gezeichnet.

Für beide Parteien eröffnet die Partnerschaft neue Möglichkeiten. ThorShip wird durch den Beitritt in das DSV Netzwerk zukünftig weltweite door-to-door Leistungen in der Luft- und Seefracht anbieten. Für DSV bedeutet die Partnerschaft eine Stärkung der Islandverkehre, da ThorShip als exklusiver Agent für die wöchentlichen Abfahrten von Rotterdam verantwortlich ist.

Trotz der jetzigen Marktsituation in Island, sehen beide Parteien dort großes Wachstumspotential.
