DSV Road AB und Norfolkline AB einig über Trailerverkehre

Heute haben DSV Road AB in Schweden (ein Unternehmen der DSV Gruppe) und Norfolkline AB ein Abkommen zum Kauf von Norfolkline's Trailerverkehren zwischen Norwegen und Schweden und dem europäischen Festland geschlossen.

"Mit dieser Akquisition folgen wir der Strategie von DSV Road AB, unsere Marktposition im Segment der internationalen Trailerverkehre zu stärken", sagt Henrik Holm, Geschäftsführer der DSV Road AB.

Im Rahmen der Vereinbarung wird DSV Road AB die Büros von Norfolkline in Helsingborg inklusive zweier Mitarbeiter, sowie die Büros und insgesamt fünf Mitarbeiter in Lübeck übernehmen.

Für das neue Geschäft erwartet DSV Road AB ein Jahreseinkommen von etwa SEK 100 Gwmlpmguw.
