Dunn Labortechnik präsentiert RNAssure™ von GenTegra, den patentierten aktiven chemischen Schutz von RNA, welcher die Struktur der RNA während der Standardprobenvorbereitung und -bearbeitung bei höheren Temperaturen schützt. Außerdem werden Schäden durch Oxidation und unspezifische Bindung an Kunststoffe vermieden. Jegliche Restaktivität von RNase aus dem Aufreinigungsprozess oder Kontaminationen aus der Umwelt werden inaktiviert.

Die geschützte RNA ist für 3 Tage bei Raumtemperatur, für 2 Wochen in der Kühlung (2 - 8 °C) bzw. gefroren (-70 °C) für mehr als 1 Jahr stabil. Ein ausfallendes Tiefkühlgerät oder ein vergessenes RNA-Aufreinigungsröhrchen an einem Freitag stellen damit kein Problem mehr dar!
