Turkish Airlines took delivery of the second of its three Airbus A310-300Fs at EADS EFW s facility in Dresden, Germany. The airframe bearing the Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 478 was formerly operated by the Turkish airline itself as a passenger aircraft. The conversion into freighter configuration started in early November 2007. Turkish Airlines` first A310-600 aircraft bearing the MSN 476 was the 100th conversion performed by EFW and was delivered in November 2007. These conversions are followed by a third one starting in July 2008.
