Die Easynet Group Plc (LSE:ESY), spezialisiert auf europaweite Kommunikationslösungen in den Bereichen VPN (Virtuelle Private Netzwerke) und Hosting, hat ihre Ergebnisse für das erste Finanzhalbjahr 2005 vorgelegt, das am 30. Juni endete. Easynet steigerte den Umsatz um 12 Prozent auf 114,1 Mio. Euro. Im Vergleichszeitraum des Vorjahres betrug der Umsatz 101,7 Mio. Euro. Die Gruppe hat einen EBITDA in Höhe von 4,9 Mio. Euro (erstes Halbjahr 2004: 4,7 Mio. Euro) erwirtschaftet und verzeichnet für zweite Quartal 2005 einen positiven Cash-Flow. Die Bruttomarge stieg auf 53 Prozent (erstes Halbjahr 2004: 51 Prozent).
