Mit der Eintragung in das Handelsregister der Eckert & Ziegler SE wurde die Abspaltung der Pentixapharm AG rechtlich wirksam. Sämtliche von der Eckert & Ziegler gehaltenen Aktien an der Pentixapharm AG sind damit von der Eckert & Ziegler SE auf die Pentixapharm Holding AG rechtlich übergegangen.
