Emerson Network Power GmbH ist ab sofort der Firmenname für den Verbund der Liebert HIROSS und der Emerson Energy Systems. Die Namensänderung des Anbieters für Präzisionsklima-Anlagen, Anlagen für unterbrechungsfreie Stromversorgung und 48-Volt-DC-Anlagen erfolgt im Zuge der Vereinheitlichung der Unternehmensnamen in Europa.

Emerson Network Power GmbH ist die Unternehmenssparte für Netzwerktechnologien des in St. Louis ansässigen multinationalen Technologiekonzerns Emerson. Liebert HIROSS gehört seit 1998 zum Konzern. Die Umbenennung betrifft nur die Firmierung des Unternehmens.
