EMS Dr. Thomas Wünsche hat mit dem EtherCAN CI-ARM9 ein leistungsstarkes embbeded Linux Gerät für universelle Einsatzmöglichkeiten entwickelt. Durch die Kombination eines 454 MHz ARM9 Prozessors mit 2GB eMMC Flash und 128MB DDR Ram ist dieses Gateway zur Implementierung von komplexen anwenderspezifischen Applikationen geeignet. Die Integration in ein kompaktes, schmales Gehäuse mit Hutschienenhalterung erlaubt den platzsparenden Verbau in Schaltschränken. Des Weiteren können durch die Verbindung des USB 2.0 Full Speed Hosts Interface mit einem Bluetooth oder WLAN Stick kabellos Daten übertragen werden.
