EnBW reicht Interessensbekundung zur Teilnahme am Bieterverfahren im Zuge der Privatisierung von ESM in Mazedonien ein

Die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG hat heute, am 20. Dezember 2005, gegenüber dem Mazedonischen Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Handel in der Hauptstadt Skopje ihr Interesse am Erwerb der Mehrheit an Elektrostopanstvo na Makedonija (AD ESM) erklärt. Die Zustimmung zur Privatisierung von 90 Prozent der Anteile von ESM ist am 9. Dezember 2005 vom Mazedonischen Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Handel veröffentlicht worden.
