Land Baden-Württemberg erwirbt über ihre 100% Tochter Neckarpri GmbH 45,01 Prozent der EnBW-Aktien

Die Neckarpri GmbH, 100-Prozent Tochter des Landes Baden-Württemberg hat der EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG am 17. Februar 2011 gemäß §§ 21, 22 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass sie 45,01 Prozent der Aktien an der EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG hält und damit über Stimmrechte aus 112.517.569 Stammaktien verfügt.

Neben der Neckarpri GmbH mit 45,01 Prozent halten zum heutigen Tag die OEW Energie- Beteiligungs GmbH (OEW) ebenfalls 45,01 Prozent der EnBW-Aktien, die Badische Energieaktionärs-Vereinigung (BEV) hält 2,54 Prozent, der Gemeindeelektrizitätsverband Schwarzwald-Donau (G.S.D.) 1,28 Prozent, der Landeselektrizitätsverband Württemberg (LEVW) 0,54 Prozent, der Neckar-Elekrizitätsverband (NEV) 0,69 Prozent sowie weitere kommunale Aktionäre 0,78 Prozent der EnBW-Aktien.
