Thomas Kusterer als Finanzvorstand der EnBW wiederbestellt

Der Aufsichtsrat der EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG hat in seiner letzten Sitzung die Wiederbestellung von Thomas Kusterer als ordentliches Mitglied des Vorstands und Finanzvorstand mit Wirkung zum 1. April 2014 beschlossen. Kusterer wurde für die Dauer von weiteren fünf Jahren und damit bis zum Ablauf des 31. März 2019 bestellt. Der 45-Jährige Thomas Kusterer ist seit April 2011 Finanzvorstand der EnBW. "Thomas Kusterer ist ein kompetenter und erfahrener Finanzfachmann, der nicht nur die EnBW, sondern auch die Energiewirtschaft bestens kennt. Dies ist angesichts der eingeleiteten Neuausrichtung der EnBW und der damit verbundenen Herausforderungen wichtig", so Dr. Claus Dieter Hoffmann, Vorsitzender bka MxXQ-Rjtqmgiiqwziq.
