ProTek Devices hat zwei neue TVS-Komponenten für den Überspannungsschutz in Elektrofahrzeugsystemen, wie in Hybrid-Elektrofahrzeugen, Ladesystemen und elektronischen Steuereinheiten (ECU) vorgestellt.

Das TVS-Bauteil PAM7KSMDJ24CAP bietet eine Impulsspitzenleistung von 7.000 Watt pro Leitung (typ. = 10/1000 Mikrosekunden) und einen geringen Leckstrom. Es eignet sich für den Schutz von Hybrid-Elektrofahrzeugen im Allgemeinen. Darüber hinaus ist der PAM7KSMDJ24CAP auch IEC-kompatibel mit den Normen 61000-4-2 (ESD), 61000-4-4 (EFT) und 61000-4-5 (Surge).

Die TVS-Komponente PAM11KLD8S24CAP besitzt eine Impulsspitzenleistung von 11.000 Watt (typ. = 10/1000 Mikrosekunden), und ist ideal für den Schutz in Kfz-Steuergeräten geeignet.
