Das Wirtschaftsmagazin Focus-Money hat den Energiediscounter eprimo im Rahmen von DEUTSCHLAND TEST mit dem Siegel "Höchste Kundentreue" und dem Prädikat"Herausragend" ausgezeichnet (Focus 40/2016). Die Studie zur Kundentreue wurde 2016 erstmals durchgeführt und ist laut Magazin die größte Untersuchung zur Markenbindung aus Verbrauchersicht in Deutschland.

Focus-Money und DEUTSCHLAND TEST haben mithilfe einer Webanalyse vom 1. Juli 2015 bis 30. Juni 2016 über acht Millionen Kundenstimmen in den sozialen Medien ausgewertet.
