Bina Chaurasia wurde mit Wirkung zum 15. November 2010 zum Senior Vice President und zur Leiterin der Group Function Human Resources und Organization bei Ericsson ernannt.

Chaurasia arbeitet seit über 15 Jahren im Personalwesen multinationaler Unternehmen. Ihre Erfahrungen erstrecken sich über unterschiedliche Branchen. Hierzu gehören der IT- und Einzelhandelssektor. Sie wechselt von Hewlett Packard, wo sie als Vice President of Global Talent arbeitet, zu Ericsson. Seit 2007 ist Chaurasia für HP tätig. Vorher arbeitete sie als Vice President of Global Human Resources bei GAP. Während ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn war sie außerdem Managerin im Personalbereich von Sun Microsystems und PepsiCo/Yum.
