Ab sofort ist eine neue Version des serVonic IXI-Inspectors erhältlich. Das Monitoring-Tool des Olchinger Softwareherstellers ermöglicht es, Abläufe des IXI-UMS Unified Messaging Servers zu überwachen, Ausnahmezustände zu erkennen und Meldungen abzusetzen. IXI-Inspector sorgt für kürzere Ausfallzeiten und trägt so zu einer erhöhten Verfügbarkeit des Unified Messaging-Systems bei. Wesentliche Neuerungen des IXI-Inspectors 3.0 sind eine überarbeitete Konfigurationsoberfläche, das verbesserte Monitoring von Remote Servern, neue Benachrichtigungsmöglichkeiten sowie eine eigene Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung.

Mit der Unified Messaging-Lösung IXI-UMS von serVonic können neben E-Mails auch Faxe, SMS und Voice-Mails unter der gewohnten Oberfläche, beispielsweise Microsoft Outlook oder IBM Lotus Notes, empfangen und versendet lbztwb.
