Die EyeVision Bildverarbeitungssoftware von EVT unterstützt jetzt auch den 3D-Sensor EyeScan VR 3D. Der Flächensensor, welcher fertig berechnete 3D-Datensätze für die industrielle Bildverarbeitung liefert, verfügt somit umgekehrt auch über den kompletten Befehlsumfang der EyeVision Software inklusive der neu entwickelten 3D-Befehle.

Streifenprojektion, Bildaufnahme und die Erstellung einer Punktewolke spielen sich innerhalb der intelligenten Kamera ab. Erfassung und Berechnung der 3D Punktewolke werden direkt im Sensor durchgeführt. Der Projektor von Texas Instruments und die Kamera sind mit einer Frequenz von 60 Hz synchronisiert.
