Vom 27. Mai bis 1. Juni präsentiert sich der Fachbereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik der FH Aachen bei der Internationalen Luft- und Raumfahrtausstellung (ILA). Auf dem Gelände des Flughafens Berlin-Schönefeld geben Professoren und Mitarbeiter einen Einblick in aktuelle Forschungs- und Projektarbeiten und bewerben die Bachelorstudiengänge "Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik" und "Fahrzeugintegration/ Karosserietechnik" sowie die Masterstudiengänge "Aerospace Engineering" und "Automotive Vehicle Integration/Powertrain and Chassis Engineering".

Im Vordergrund stehen am Stand 7405 in Halle 7 der am 28. April 2008 erfolgreich in den Orbit gestartet Pico-Satellit COMPASS-1 und das mittlerweile weit fortgeschrittene Nurflügel-Studierendenprojekt.
