Schnelles Internet flächendeckend: Bundesweite Breitband-Roadshow an der Fach-hochschule in Weiden

Im Anschluss an Rendsburg/Schleswig-Holstein ist die Fachhochschule in Weiden am 1. Dezember 2005 Standort der bundesweiten Roadshow des Verbandes der deutschen Internetwirtschaft e. V. mit Unterstützung durch das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Arbeit. Thema ist „Schnelles Internet bundesweit und flächendeckend“. Die Vortragsveran-staltung hat zum Ziel, Informationen zu geben, wie das gesamte Bundesgebiet – auch bislang unterversorgte Regionen – zeitnah mit einem schnellen Internet-Zugang versorgt werden kann, begleitet von Ausstellungsständen der teilnehmenden Internet-Service-Provider. Die Roadshow wird im Anschluss an ihre Station an der Fachhochschule in Wei-den weiter nach Potsdam/Brandenburg und Celle/Niedersachsen ziehen.
