Der maximale On-Widerstand beträgt 22 Milliohm, der typische On-Widerstand ist sogar nur 18 Milliohm, bei 25 Ampere gemessen. Der KMB050N60P ist ein N-Kanal Enhancement MOSFET mit 50 A und 60 Volt Spannungsfestigkeit in Planar-Stripe Technologie.

Der KEC Leistungs-MOSFET verträgt eine Single Pulse Avalanche Energie von 493 mJ. Dank einer niedrigen Gate-Kapazität von nur 1365 pF ist er für schnelle Schaltanwendungen und induktives Schalten gut geeignet. Die maximale Sperrschicht-Temperatur beträgt 175 °C.
