Hannover Airport: Austrian Airlines startet vom HAJ

Offizielle Eröffnung der Direktverbindung nach Wien

Seit dem 25. März verbindet die Austrian Airlines Hanno-ver direkt mit der österreichischen Hauptstadt. Heute Morgen wurde die Strecke offiziell eröffnet. Martin Alte-möller (Head of Aviation Management Hannover Airport) nahm gemeinsam mit Robert Heusmann (Senior Director Network Management & Revenue Steering bei Austrian Airlines) und der Crew die Passagiere des Fluges OS292 in Empfang. Die Maschine wurde traditionell mit einer Taufe der Flughafenfeuerwehr begrüßt.

Zum Einsatz kommt eine Embraer E-195 mit 120 Sitzplät-zen. Zu Beginn ist die Strecke, die bisher von Eurowings bedient wurde, zwei Mal pro Woche im Programm.
