Die Franz Binder GmbH & Co. Elektrische Bauelemente KG hat rückwirkend zum 1. Juni 2019 die Geschäftsbetriebe der insolventen Gesellschaften der Eucrea-Gruppe mit Hauptsitz in Pforzheim übernommen.

Zu den vier Gesellschaften zählen die Oberflächenveredelungsunternehmen FMB Technik GmbH und Weinbrecht & Kücherer Oberflächenveredelung GmbH, letzteres einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit vor allem bekannt durch die Veredelung des Fernsehpreises Bambi, sowie die auf die Konstruktion von Galvanikanlagen spezialisierte EUCREA Industrieservice GmbH und die eucrea HEXAGON Holding GmbH. binder überführt die wesentlichen Wirtschaftsgüter in eine Gesellschaft, die künftig unter dem Namen binder galvanic surfaces am Markt agieren wird.
