Projekt APRONA auf der LABVOLUTION: automatisierte Produktion von Nanopartikeln mit flexibler roboterbasierter Plattform

Das Fraunhofer-Institut für Silicatforschung ISC präsentiert auf der LABVOLUTION 2019 gemeinsam mit Projektpartnern eine flexible Roboter-basierte Plattform zur automatisierten Produktion von Nanopartikeln, die im BMBF-Verbundprojekt »APRONA« entwickelt wird. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes arbeiten vier Projektpartner zusammen – neben dem zum ISC gehörigen Translationszentrum Regenerative Therapien sind das Goldfuß engineering, Biametrics sowie BioTeSys. Der Verbund wird von BioRegio STERN koordiniert.

Dank großer Fortschritte in der Materialforschung stehen zahlreiche Nanopartikel mit diagnostischen und therapeutischen Eigenschaften zur Verfügung. Eine der größten Herausforderungen bei der Synthese von Nanopartikeln ist die Etablierung von Herstellungsverfahren, die reproduzierbare Produkteigenschaften sicherstellen und dabei den Anforderungen aus
