Neue Entwicklungen in der Sterilisation und Desinfektion von Oberflächen am 28./29. November 2019

Auf der englischsprachigen Veranstaltung "Recent Advances in Surface Sterilization and Disinfection" informiert das Fraunhofer-Institut für Verfahrenstechnik und Verpackung IVV über die neuesten Entwicklungen zur Entkeimung von Verpackungsmaterialien, Maschinenteilen und Lebensmitteln. Die Veranstaltung findet am 28./29. November 2019 im Institutsgebäude in Freising statt. In sechs Tagungssessions widmen sich Referentinnen und Referenten aus Industrie und Wissenschaft Themen mit hoher Relevanz für die Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie.

Auf dem Programm stehen Fachvorträge zu verschiedenen physikalischen Verfahren für die Desinfektion oder Sterilisation von Oberflächen wie Gasplasma, UV-C-Strahlung und Elektronenstrahl.
