Neues aus der Verpackungstechnik auf der Anuga FoodTec 2009

Am 11. März 2009 veranstaltet das Fraunhofer-Institut für Verfahrenstechnik und Verpackung IVV auf der Messe Anuga FoodTec in Köln das Forum mit dem Titel "News on Packaging Technology".

Die Vorträge informieren über die Themen
- Plasmatechnologie zur Dekontamination von Oberflächen
- Nanotechnologie für Verpackungen
- Konformitätsbescheinigungen für Lebensmittelverpackungen
- Reduzierung des Reinigungsaufwands von Verarbeitungsmaschinen für Lebensmittel
- Hochfrequenz-Wasserbad - ein neuer Hochfrequenzerhitzer für verpackte Lebensmitteln Die Konferenzsprache ist Englisch.

Die Teilnahmegebühr einschließlich der Seminarunterlagen beträgt 180 Euro.
