Durch Eintragung im Handelsregister der telunico holding AG ist soeben die Verschmelzung der mobilcom AG und der freenet.de AG auf die telunico holding AG wirksam geworden. Damit sind die mobilcom AG und die freenet.de AG erloschen und der Handel in Aktien der untergegangenen Gesellschaften wurde eingestellt. Die bisherigen Aktionäre der beiden Gesellschaften sind ab sofort Aktionäre der neuen Konzernobergesellschaft telunico holding AG. Ferner ist in diesem Zuge die telunico holding AG in freenet AG umfirmiert worden. Die Aktien der freenet AG (vormals: telunico holding AG) werden voraussichtlich ab Montag, den 5. März 2007, im amtlichen Handel an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Udinx Vabrjwgg) hhaom kfw OKEE ST426G7GGQQ0 yqzmfbdjw.
