Fresenius Medical Care führt Aktiensplit am 18. Juni 2007 durch

Fresenius Medical Care wird die von der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 15. Mai 2007 beschlossene Neueinteilung des Grundkapitals (Aktiensplit) mit Kapitalerhöhung aus Gesellschaftsmitteln am 18. Juni 2007 durchführen. An diesem Tag werden die Aktien des Unternehmens „ex Split“ gehandelt und die Depots der Aktionäre auf die neue Zahl der Aktien umgestellt. Aus jeweils einer Stammaktie werden dann drei Stammaktien und aus jeweils einer Vorzugsaktie drei Vorzugsaktien. Durch den Aktiensplit ermäßigt sich das Kursniveau rech-nerisch, ohne dass hierdurch der Gesamtwert für die Aktionäre berührt wird.
