Eine clevere Lösung für das "Wärmeproblem" in Schaltschränken haben die Automationsspezialisten der Friedrich Lütze GmbH & Co. KG, Weinstadt entwickelt. LÜTZE nutzt für sein modulares LSC Verdrahtungssystem eine weitere Ebene in der Tiefe des Schaltschrankes und trennt damit zwischen Aufbau- und eine Verdrahtungsebene. Die Verdrahtung wird also von der traditionellen Position zwischen den Schaltgeräten auf deren Rückseite verlegt. Anders als beim konventionellen Schaltschrankaufbau gibt es somit keine quer vorstehenden Kabelkanäle, welche die Luftzirkulation behindern könnten. Im Ergebnis kann die Luft nahezu ungehindert an den Modulen und Adern vorbeiströmen. Die Verlustwärme wird abtransportiert und der Wärmestress für Bauteile reduziert.
