Ltd, einer der führenden Hersteller von Motherboards, Grafikkarten und Hardware-Lösungen, hat bekanntgegeben, dass die AMD AM5 Plattform mit X670, B650 und A620 Motherboards nach dem neuen BIOS-Update nun 24 GB und 48 GB DDR5 Speicher unterstützen. Dieses Update erhöht die maximale RAM-Unterstützung von bislang 128 GB bzw. 64 GB auf bis zu 192 GB über DIMMs und bis zu 96 GB über zwei DIMMs.

Durch die Unterstützung von nicht-binären Speichern sowohl auf AMD EXPO™- als auch auf Intel® XMP-Plattformen bieten GIGABYTE Motherboards dem Nutzer die Möglichkeit zu einer mühelosen Steigerung der Speicherkapazität und der Systemleistung.
