Das GEA Aseptomag IBC Füllsystem ist eine vollaseptische Stand-alone Unit zur Befüllung und Entleerung von Industrial Bulk Containern zwischen 200 und 1600 L. Herzstück dieser Plug-and-Play Lösung ist der eigens entwickelte GEA Aseptomag Füllkopf, der standardmäßig in NW 50 (DIN 11851) aufgebaut ist. Dieser ist so konstruiert, dass die Verbindung von Produktionsanlage und IBC dampfsterilisierbar ist und somit die Produkte zuverlässig gegen eine Verkeimung schützt.

Sämtliche Parameter wie Sterilisationszeit, Füllzeit und -menge, Spülzeit und CIP-Daten sind frei programmierbar. Das IBCfill® erreicht eine Füllkapazität von 6000 l/h (6 x 1000 l IBC / Stunde), kann mit einem optionalen zweiten Füllport qaiixy aozy wbojnqzucy pxisdm.
