Vom Herkunftsort bis zur Verarbeitung: Neuartiges Kontrollsystem für Getreide

Agrarwissenschaftler stellen Verfahren zur lückenlosen Rückverfolgung auf der Hannover Messe vor

Ein Kontrollsystem, mit dem die Herkunft von Schüttgütern wie Getreide in der gesamten Produktions- und Lieferkette überprüft werden kann, präsentieren Agrarwissenschaftler der Universität Göttingen auf der diesjährigen Hannover Messe. Das neuartige Verfahren zur Rückverfolgung landwirtschaftlicher Produkte wurde in der Abteilung Agrartechnik unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Lücke entwickelt; es basiert auf der sogenannten RFID-Technologie und soll Qualitätssicherung und Produkthaftung gewährleisten. Die Fachmesse für technische Innovationen findet vom 21. bis 25. April 2008 statt. Das Göttinger Exponat wird auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand des Landes Niedersachsen in Halle 2 (Stand A10) der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt.
