Auftaktvorlesung der Hannover Rück-Gastprofessur für Anglo-Amerikanisches Zivilrecht

Die Auftaktvorlesung im Rahmen der Hannover Rück-Gastprofessur für Anglo-Amerikanisches Zivilrecht an der Göttinger Juristischen Fakultät halten zwei Rechtswissenschaftler der Duke University School of Law (USA): Prof. Dr. Paul H. Haagen und Prof. Dr. James D. Cox werden im Juni und Juli 2007 an der Georgia Augusta lehren und dabei die Grundzüge des US-amerikanischen Vertrags- und Deliktsrecht vorstellen. Zunächst spricht Prof. Haagen zum Schwerpunkt „Contracts“; anschließend wird Prof. Cox zum Themenkomplex „Torts“ referieren. Vom 18. Juni bis zum 11. Juli stehen insgesamt 14 Lehrveranstaltungen auf dem Programm. Das Vorlesungsangebot in englischer Sprache richtet sich an Studierende aller Semester.
