Jubilaeumsstimmung bei der Grazer Sportbildagentur GEPA pictures - das 1.000.000ste Bild ist online. Red Bulls New York-Fussballer Markus Schopp ueberschritt am 15. August 2007 als erster die Millionenmarke in der GEPA-Online Bilddatenbank. Ein historischer Meilenstein in der vor 20 Jahren gegruendeten Bildagentur.

Waren es 1994, als die GEPA-Datenbank unter www.GEPA-pictures.com online ging, noch bescheidene 2.500 Bilder, so stieg die Menge der online verfuegbaren Bilder in den letzten Jahren rasant an. 2004 wurde die jaehrliche Bildmenge bereits auf 125.000 Bilder gesteigert.
