Umplatzierung von Gründungsaktionären erhöht Streubesitz der GK SOFTWARE AG

Die Gründer und Mitglieder des Vorstandes der GK SOFTWARE AG Rainer Gläß (CEO) und Stephan Kronmüller (CTO) haben der Gesellschaft heute mitgeteilt, dass Sie im Rahmen einer privaten Umplatzierung 180.000 von Ihnen gemeinschaftlich über die GK Software Holding gehaltene Aktien zum Preis von 50 EUR je Aktie veräußert haben. Die Käufer sind institutionelle Investoren in Deutschland und dem europäischen Ausland.

Durch die Umplatzierung wurde der Streubesitz von 24,01% auf 34,82% erhöht. Gleichzeitig verringerte sich die Beteiligungsquote der GK Software Holding GmbH an der GK SOFTWARE AG von 70,57% auf 59,76%.
