Ein Gleiss Lutz-Team hat MAHLE bei der Begebung einer Anleihe mit einem Gesamtnennbetrag von 750 Millionen Euro beraten. Die unter dem Debt Issuance Programme der Gesellschaft emittierte Anleihe hat eine Laufzeit von 7 Jahren und wird mit 2,375 Prozent p.a. verzinst. Mit dem im April publizierten Debütrating durch Moody's konnte der Automobilzulieferer den Kreis der Investoren erweitern und seine Position am internationalen Kapitalmarkt stärken. Die Ausgabe der neuen Anleihe, die an der Luxemburger Wertpapierbörse (Euro MTF) notieren wird, ist für den 14. Mai 2021 vorgesehen.
