Gleiss Lutz berät Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe beim Verkauf an ABN AMRO

Die Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG erhält mit der niederländischen Bankengruppe ABN AMRO Bank N.V. einen neuen Eigentümer. Dazu hat ABN AMRO heute eine Kaufvereinbarung mit dem chinesischen Mischkonzern Fosun International über EUR 672 Millionen bekanntgegeben.

Fosun bleibt Eigentümer der luxemburgischen und irischen Tochtergesellschaften des Asset Servicing: Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services sowie deren Tochtergesellschaften Hauck & Aufhäuser Administration Services und HAL Fund Services Ireland.

Gleiss Lutz hat die Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG gesellschaftsrechtlich und bankaufsichtsrechtlich im Rahmen des Eigentümerwechsels und zum Carve-out des Asset Servicing-Bereichs beraten.
