Lötbäder für hohe Anforderungen

GLT hat rotierende Lötbäder von Solbraze im Lieferprogramm. Diese Lötbäder erfüllen alle Anforderungen, die an ein rationelles Betriebsmittel zum Verzinnen der Bauteile gestellt werden. Von der Oberfläche des in der Geschwindigkeit einstellbaren rotierenden Lötbads streift der feststehende Schlackenabstreifer die Oberflächenschlacke in die des Lötbads umgebende Rinne. Ein mit dem Lötbad rotierender Schieber bringt die Schlacke zum Auffangbehälter. So steht eine stets blanke Lötbad-Oberfläche zur Verfügung.

Der Drehvorgang kann auch über einen externen Fußschalter ausgelöst werden. Die Lötbad-Temperatur ist stufenlos einstellbar bis 420°C, in der Ausführung -HT bis 550°C.

Die Temperaturregelung erfolgt über einen Thermofühler im Lötbad in Verbindung mit
