Goldbeck baut den neuen Firmensitz der SLM Solutions Group AG in Lübeck / Jetzt fand der Spatenstich für Produktionshalle und Büro in Lübeck-Genin statt, im März 2018 wird das Projekt fertiggestellt sein

Mit dem neuen Firmensitz entsteht eine maßgeschneiderte Fertigungsumgebung. SLM Solutions produziert Maschinen zur additiven Herstellung von Serienteilen und Prototypen – umgangssprachlich: industriell genutzte 3D-Drucker. Goldbeck entwickelte gemeinsam mit dem Bauherrn und einem Fabrikplaner das Gebäudekonzept, baut 13.000 Quadratmeter Hallenfläche und liefert darüber hinaus die komplette technische Gebäudeausrüstung für die klimatisierten und energetisch hocheffizienten Produktionshallen. Auch eine Dach-Photovoltaikanlage gehört zum Leistungsumfang. Ergänzt wird der neue Firmensitz durch ein 5.000 Quadratmeter großes, transparent und modern gestaltetes Bürogebäude. Für Kunden gibt es ein spezielles Applikationszentrum mit Ausstellung, Schulungsräumen und Loungebereich. Insgesamt 400 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter werden künftig am neuen Standort tätig sein.
