Das Ergebnis der GRENKELEASING AG vor Zinsen, Steuern und Bewertung der Finanzinstrumente (EBIT) stieg im ersten Quartal 2004 um 52 Prozent von 6,4 Mio. Euro auf 9,8 Mio. Euro. Aufgrund der Bilanzierung nach IAS/IFRS hat das Unternehmen allerdings einen Bewertungsaufwand in Höhe von saldiert 1,7 Mio. Euro auf Finanzinstrumente ausgewiesen.

Damit erzielte GRENKELEASING im ersten Quartal 2004 ein Ergebnis vor Steuern (EBT) von 8,1 Mio. Euro. Dies entspricht einer Steigerung um 27 Prozent gegenüber dem vergleichbaren Wert des Vorjahres von 6,4 Mio. Euro. Der Gewinn nach Steuern erhöhte sich um 23 Prozent auf 4,8 Mio. Euro (Q1-2003: 3,9 Mio. Kkkh).
