Extension of the C9920 series for characterization of LEDs and SMD-LEDs

Hamamatsus C9920 series has been developed for characterization of OLED materials and devices by measuring the absolute photoluminescence quantum yield of the respective materials and thin films, the external quantum yield of flat OLED devices and their angle dependent emission characteristics.

Now the C9920 series has been extended for characterization of LEDs and SMD LEDs by measuring total luminous flux and efficiency (C9920-22), CIE averaged LED intensity (C9920-23), angle dependent emission characteristics (C9920-21) and colorimetric parameters such as chromaticity and colour rendering.
