Mit einem neuen sCMOS Sensor der zweiten Generation als Herzstück, ist die ORCA-Flash4.0 die erste Kamera, die in Sachen Performance bei Fluoreszenzanwendungen nicht nur EM-CCD Kameras, sondern auch CCD- und sCMOS Kameras der ersten Generation herausfordert.

Hamamatsu Photonics, Weltmarktführer im Bereich Kameras für wissenschaftliche Anwendungen, stellt nun die neue ORCA-Flash4.0 sCMOS Kamera vor. In den letzten Jahren hat sich die Detektion sehr schwacher oder sehr schneller Fluoreszenzsignale als große Herausforderung erwiesen - Anwendungen für die bisher meist eine EM-CCD Kamera eingesetzt wurde.
