Hamamatsu Photonics stellt neue MPPCs und MPPC-Module vor

Hamamatsu Photonics erweitert das Angebot an MPPC-Arrays und -Modulen mit neuen monolithisch hergestellten Arrays. Durch diese kompakte Bauweise kann eine höhere Ortsauflösung bei minimalem Raumverlust erzielt werden. Die neuen MPPC-Arrays verfügen über 16 Kanäle (4x4 MPPCs) und sind in SMD (S11828-334M) und PWB (S11827-3344MG) Gehäusen erhältlich. Die aktive Fläche der einzelnen MPPCs beträgt 3x3 mm2. Die Anzahl der APDs pro Kanal liegt z.B. bei 3600 mit einer Detektorfläche von jeweils 50µm und typischen Dunkelströmen von 3µA. Die Arrays können über einen FPC Ausgang ausgelesen werden (S11829-3344MF und S11830-3344MF).
