Neue Back-Thinned CCD-Kamera mit höchster Quanteneffizienz für UV und NIR

Die neue C8000-30 CCD-Kamera von Hamamatsu Photonics verfügt über den einzigartigen back-thinned frame transfer CCD-Chip aus eigener Fertigung mit extrem hoher Quanteneffizienz, vor allem im ultravioletten Spektralbereich. Bei 157 nm beträgt sie 84%, bei 193 nm 57% und bei 248 nm 69%. Der Füllfaktor liegt bei 100%. Damit ist diese Kamera ein idealer Sensor für Anwendungen wie Maskeninspektion bei der UV-Lithografie und Optik-Charakterisierung.

Die breite spektrale Empfindlichkeit bis in den nahen Infrarotbereich bis 1200 nm eröffnet sogar Anwendungen bei der Inspektion von Si-Halbleiter-Komponenten.
