HHLA und CSPL finalisieren Minderheitsbeteiligung am CTT

Nach Abschluss des Investitionsprüfverfahrens haben die Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) und COSCO Shipping Ports Limited (CSPL) heute die Verträge zur Minderheitsbeteiligung von CSPL am Container Terminal Tollerort (CTT) unterzeichnet.

Damit beteiligt sich CSPL mit 24,99 Prozent am Hamburger Container Terminal Tollerort der HHLA. Der CTT wird zu einem bevorzugten Umschlagpunkt des langjährigen HHLA-Kunden COSCO, an dem Ladungsströme zwischen Asien und Europa konzentriert werden sollen. Die Zusammenarbeit beider Partner stärkt somit die Position der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg als Logistik-Hub im Nord- und Ostseeraum sowie der Industrienation Deutschland.
