Weg frei für die Finalisierung der Beteiligung von CSPL am CTT

Die Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) begrüßt die Entscheidung der Bundesregierung, die Minderheitsbeteiligung des chinesischen Unternehmens COSCO Shipping Ports Limited (CSPL) am Container Terminal Tollerort (CTT) in Höhe von 24,9 Prozent freizugeben. Alle Fragen im Rahmen des Investitionsprüfverfahrens konnten gemeinsam in intensiven, konstruktiven Gesprächen geklärt werden.

Die Entscheidung ermöglicht es, den CTT nun zu einem bevorzugten Umschlagpunkt des langjährigen HHLA-Kunden COSCO auszubauen, wo Ladungsströme zwischen Asien und Europa konzentriert werden. Aktuell ist China der größte Handelspartner Deutschlands und des Hamburger Hafens: Rund 30 Prozent der Waren, die im Hamburger Hafen umgeschlagen werden, kommen aus China oder gehen nach China.
