Bäcker-Azubis lernen ihr Handwerk im Backstudio 3000 in Wittmund

Im Backstudio 3000, eines der modernsten Bildungseinrichtungen im deutschen Backgewerbe, lernen die ostfriesischen Auszubildenden das traditionsreiche Handwerk. An der Berufsbildenden Schule Wittmund stellen sie Backwaren wie Brot, Brötchen, Feingebäck oder Torten her. Kürzlich erst haben dort Azubis zwei neue Brotsorten erfunden: das "Priggenbrot" und das "Spitzkohl-Schinken-Brot". Fachlehrer Hans-Ludwig Janssen und sein Schüler Joschka Schäfer erzählen in der Radiosendung "Backstudio 3000: Talentschmiede für Nachwuchs-Bäcker", was es mit den neuen Brotrezepturen auf sich hat, wie eine Ausbildung im Bäckerhandwerk abläuft und warum das Backstudio zu einem der modernsten im Bundesgebiet gehört.
