Das Fortbildungszentrum der Handwerkskammer Lübeck bietet am 10.11.2007, Samstag 9.00 - 14.00 Uhr einen Lehrgang für Unterneh-mer/innen, mithelfende Angehörige und Kundendienstmitarbeiter/innen an.

Reklamationen rufen unterschiedliche Reaktionen beim Kunden, beim Verkäufer oder Betriebsinhaber hervor. In diesem Seminar lernen Sie, mit berechtigten aber auch mit unberechtigten Kundenreklamationen richtig umzugehen und diese als Chance für eine Kundenbindung zu betrachten.

Inhalte:
- die verschiedenen Kundentypen
- Was reklamiert mein Kunde wirklich?
- der Umgang mit dem unzufriedenen Kunden
- Wie kann ich eine Kundenreklamation als Mittel zur Kundenbindung einsetzen?
- Reklamation – der Anlass zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
