Im Rahmen der Herbst-Vollversammlung am 25. Oktober 2013 in Bielefeld fanden turnusgemäß Neuwahlen zum Vorstand des Westdeutschen Handwerkskammertags (WHKT) statt. Präsident Willy Hesse (Präsident der Handwerkskammer Südwestfalen) wurde dort eindrucksvoll mit 21 von 21 Stimmen in geheimer Wahl in seinem Amt bestätigt.
