Wenn der Aufschwung weitergehen soll, muss in diesem Jahr der Konsum die Wirtschaftsentwicklung antreiben. Darin stimmen alle Konjunkturanalysen überein. Wie steht es um die Voraussetzungen für eine stärkere binnenwirtschaftliche Nachfrage? In welchem Maße haben Beschäftigte und Unternehmer, Arbeitsuchende, Rentner und andere Bezieher von Transferleistungen von knapp drei Jahren Aufschwung profitiert? Wissenschaftler des Instituts für Makroökonomie und Konjunkturforschung (IMK) in der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung haben das detailliert untersucht.
