Alle Gebäude, sowohl im Neubau als auch im Bestand, werden von mehreren Gewerken individuell und immer als Unikat errichtet. Dies erfordert hohe Sachkenntnisse im Zusammenspiel zwischen Planer, Handwerker, Materialauswahl und Erfüllung der sich ständig verkomplizierenden gesetzgeberischen Anforderungen. Für Bauherren heißt dies mehr oder weniger auf korrekte Ausführung gemäß Vertrag zu vertrauen. Eine deutlich höhere Absicherung der geforderten Qualitätsstandards (Vertragserfüllung/Einhaltung der allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik) ist über eine neutrale, nicht unternehmensgebundene Baubegleitende Qualitätsüberwachung sichergestellt.

Das Seminar zu diesem Thema bei Haus der Technik am 15.-16. März 2011 in Berlin wird geleitet von Gaston Lemmè, einem äußerst praxiserprobten Referenten.
